The Emory College Council charters over fifty student-run arts organizations ranging from comedy improv and musical theater to world dance and a cappella groups. Groups present concerts, exhibitions, publications, and productions throughout the year in a variety of venues. Groups are open to all Emory undergraduate students and typically hold information sessions and/or auditions at the beginning of each semester. View a complete list of student-run arts groups.
The Artists’ Palette: Student Guide to the Arts at Emory is an online resource with in-depth information about how to get involved and contribute to the arts. The Rosemary Magee Intern in the Arts, an employee of the Emory College Center for Creativity & Arts, is a great resource for students who have arts-related ideas for the Emory community or need advice on event planning, publicity, organizing a student group, and other arts resources at Emory.
