Call for nominations: 2020 Creativity & Arts Awards

ATLANTA—The Emory College Center for Creativity & Arts (CCA) is pleased to announce the call for nominations for the 2020 Creativity & Arts Awards. The Creativity & Arts Awards recognize significant contributions in creativity and the arts by members of the Emory community as well as by individuals or groups from Fulton or Dekalb counties. Nominees may be artists, arts administrators, or activists who have made an impact on campus, in our region or beyond. 

The Creativity & Arts Awards seek to honor individuals in the community who work to support development, accessibility, inclusion, and innovation in the arts in the Emory and Atlanta communities. Past honorees include Doug Shipman, Lois Reitzes, and Daren Wang. The 2020 award ceremony will be held Thursday, January 23, 2020 in Emory’s Schwartz Center for Performing Arts.

  • Community Impact Artist (open to Fulton and Dekalb County residents and workers)
  • Community Impact Arts Administrator (open to Fulton and Dekalb County residents and workers)
  • Emory University and Faculty
  • Emory University and Healthcare Staff
  • Emory University Alumni
  • Emory University Graduate Student
  • Emory University Undergraduate Student
  • Emory University Arts Volunteer
